Good customer service for most issues, good turnaround and rewards customers with frequent credit limit increases. Drawbacks - Lack of Apple Pay, no facilities to remember pin, can't see your card on the app. Reviewed on: 8th April 2025

Fantastic customer service

Have a loan and credit card with them. Never had an issue, able to call and speak to a human. On the rare occasion of hiccups they have dealt with it swiftly. Great company! Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023
