Very straightforward to use, great for travel

Very easy app based account, straightforward to set up. All information very clear and app easy to navigate. The savings and roundup features make it easy to save, and with no charges for overseas use and a great exchange rate it is tge best for travelling. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Good value cover

I’ve had an older cat insured with many pets on a ‘cashback’ policy (where you get cashback if you’ve made no claims that year) for a few years. I transferred two kittens over this year as the previous insurer had doubled the cost for renewal: I now have all 3 insured for less than that company was asking for 2! Excellent value cover, and the options were clearly explained to me on the phone. I’ve never had to make a claim so can’t comment on that. My one caveat was that I was quoted a very high sum to change the direct debit date by a day - it just wasn’t worth it so I’ve kept the previous slightly inconvenient date. But generally good value. The app is very good and user friendly.

The app is very good and user friendly. However the interest rate (already high) has been hiked twice recently to a bonkers 46.4%. So no, I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! Looking to clear it ASAP Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Responsive, Swift and clear

I’ve used this product for many years for several cats I’ve had. The premium is very reasonable with low excess and you can choose the level of cover. Swift processing and payment for existing conditions. Highly recommend. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Comprehensive, straightforward, responsive and good value

I’ve used this product for some years and have yet to find one that matches it. Online claims are super fast and straightforward. You can get cheaper but not with the comparatively low excess of this product. And for the final year of her life, despite multiple high claims for severe heart disease, the cost for my cat was actually significantly reduced from previous, which is a first in my experience.
