When I was ill I struggled to pay off my credit card vanquis were absolutely fantastic they gave me 6mths at first to recover then we had another discussion about payment which allowed me to pay what I could afford.. so ratings I would give 9/10 Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Iv been vanquis customer for many yrs even though interest is high..if you miss payment there not on your case like other companies they will try to help where ever possible advise you and help to the best of there ability Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023
