Vanquis first class service

I have been with vanquis for about 5 years now and it was vanquis and one other who really were the only ones to get my credit rating back on track, which I can say I have achieved that,I've never encountered any problems with vanquis I've got the app which lets me do anything so no need to contact customer services,the only time I had to contact them was to unblock my card due to fraudulent activity which is fair enough they were just protecting myself and them ,and I raised a complaint about a shopping site who subscribed me to them which I didn't and took a payment and vanquis dealt with it successfully I didn't have to do anything so that was brilliant,but I can definitely recommend vanquis to improve your credit rating Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

It was straight forward to set up a loan with vanquis , what I thought was exceptional was the financial questions you are asked ,if the numbers don't match the average,they question that ,this is what happened to me and I explained why I came to the amount that I did ,it was accepted ,I thought this was really responsible from a lender Reviewed on: 23rd May 2023
