Good customer service.

I did have a small problem with a loan repayment, that zopa did mess up slightly, however it was sorted out by their Customer service and I was never out of pocket. So overall I would recommend Zopa to my friends and family. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025

Simplicity..

Comes with, no added dramas, extras, hidden add ons, pushy marketing or dramas advertising. Easy to keep track with alert email giving plenty of notice when due. I've only had reason to call them once, over a card number change, but everything went smoothly with great customer service. Reviewed on: 24th May 2023
