Appalling customer service from Tesco banking. Hubby and I visited Cheshire Oaks Outlet. Out of 130 shops, we made purchases in 12. We had dinner the night before and breakfast before shopping. Decided to pop into Bicester outlet on the way home. Shopped in one shop the our card was declined. NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT. We were abandoned in Bicester with no means to buy fuel to get home and no means to buy food for my husband who is insulin dependant diabetic. Unable to speak to customer services as our passwords are locked in the safe at home. Prime example of Tesco looking after their own interests and not caring about their customer. Presently researching to find a card supplier who cares about their customer. Reviewed on: 5th September 2016
