Absolutely hopeless.

I opened a new account online but in the process could not get the programme let me enter anything into one of the mandatory boxes. It took a phone call and call back to get this resolved. Then when the account was set up I could not get into it online. I received a message saying my account was suspended. Another phone call and several hours to get a call back. The customer ep said my account had indeed been suspended and rectified that. However, when I tried again I found that my account was still suspended. I give up. Reviewed on: 30th May 2023
