Amazing customer service always, very quick processes and smooth streamlined saving. Very little technical errors ever on the app and the updates are done at unsociable hours so I never need to worry. Reviewed on: 4th May 2026

Very easy quick friendly customer service. Really simple process and the agents are always on hand to assist with the smallest of issues you may have. The loans available are really handy and affordable, allows me to save at the same time too. Reviewed on: 4th July 2025
