Post Covid I no longer feel a valued member. Withdrawing my own money from branch isn’t allowed.
I felt forced to use their partner/ Engage which charges me every time I withdraw my own money from an ATM,monthly fees,etc basically now I have to pay to access my own money/access my account.
I feel this goes against the ethos of the credit union.
