Easy to use and good customer service

The app is easy to use and convenient, and push notifications are great. When my account was used fraudulently, I phoned customer services and they dealt with it swiftly and clearly explained what I needed to do. The cashback and foreign exchange rates are also really good. I'm really happy to have an account with chase. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023
