Friendly, personal, caring

With the high street banks, long gone are the days of "knowing" your bank manager and being treated as an individual, a person. But when I engage with staff at my Credit Union they treat me with care and respect. Their approachable and friendly attitude towards customers is very much appreciated. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
