Savings via salary deduction allows me to put away funds for emergencies and when I need it he extra it is easily accessible

With my savings deduction being taken directly from my salary I never really miss it. I sadly lost my partner unexpectedly last year and having an extra amount of money safely tucked away has made it possible for me to be able to sort my finances until I could get my life re-organised now that I am having to manage on a single income.
