I have been on this website for over an hour an it is not easy to find what I want: I cannot find the interest rate for my old account (too embarrassingly low?) and cannot find how to create an online account to upgrade it. Was in the branch this morning and no comment that the account I have does not pay a competitive rate of interest and no interest in finding the best / correct account for me, the customer.
