Admin Gone mad

I do the accounts of several companies. The business profile experience of Nat West and RBS is simply shocking. They sent mail to the wrong address (both Nat West and RBS), the RBS closed the account without notice (without intervention nat West would have done the same). These people have 100% power and absolutely no responsibility.
