Review of the M&S Bank - Marks and Spencer, Credit Card:

Appalling service

My wife and I have had M&S credit cards for many years with no problem Then M&S bank lost a payment and bombarded us with threats via letter, text and email. It took us months to prove they were at fault, which they reluctantly and rudely accepted. And then they did it a second time! We asked Archie Norman, the chair of M&S for help, but the answer was even though the bank used the M&S name, and he was their chairman as well, it was nothing to do with M&S!!! In the end we got rid of our M&S credit cards. But even now we are being pursued by M&S bank ( in reality HSBC one of the most corrupt and fined banks in the world) for 76p interest on the payment they lost!!!! Utterly pathetic.
