Not multi user friendly

For use by one person only, unable to allow office to use due to the sessions timing out and needing to log on frequently with a code sent to my mobile - if i'm out of the office and they need access it's terrible. Especially when they need to do the books! Reviewed on: 6th June 2023

If you need an account which offers multi-user access for your team to do the books HSBC has a range of business current accounts which would be more suitable for your needs, they also offer app and desktop banking, you can find out more details at business.hsbc.uk.
