1 star is more than what they should get but I can't do zero. 7 people I've spoken to today. Three times "cut off" and one time I failed security reading direct from my bank statement the answers!!! Shocking serice. I'm now trying to pay my balance and cancel my card and I can't even do that. All this started from multiple payments on my account I didn't ask for. Any other credit card company would have stoppd these straight away as they're still pending. But not nationwide. A million hoops for customers to jump through despite the answers being correct still no help, yet nothing for the companies who scam us!
