Peer reviewed loan process

I have been a member of Partners Credit Union for over 9 years. During this time I have applied for and been approved for numerous loans and also have savings accounts for my children. The collaborative approach of the staff and their willingness to help everyone who is a member is truly inspiring. I can apply for a loan and speak to someone who will make a decision based on my relationship with the credit union not on an algorithm that will not allow for any explanation of my circumstances but based solely on my credit score. The staff will listen to you and base their assessment on you and not on what will be generated by a servers scoring system. Throughout the term of my membership I have received numerous loans that have facilitated family holidays, Christmas expenses and sometimes the paying down of more expensive debt. I hold Partners Credit Union and their staff in the highest regard and have nothing but the utmost respect for an organisation that promotes fairness at the forefront of its lending criteria. I will always be a member of this credit union and have actively encouraged other family members and friends to join such an ethical and community based service that serves its members as well as being run by them.
