Amazing, reliable and such a needed service

I am unfortunately come in the category of struggling parent on the poverty line who struggles every month to keep food in my children mouths. This service (food top-up loans) has honestly been a godsend. It is useful and provides much needed comfort and support when I am desperate to put food on the table. The finance company make sure they are not extorting you with high repayments and it is also interest free as well as offering multiple top up windows when you need it the most (school holidays) . I have missed payments a couple of time and the customer service is excellent. The staff are compassionate, informative and helpful if you are struggling!) I believe more companies should provide this kind of support especially since the cost of living crisis is at a critical point for many people just like me at the moment and I believe this is definitely a lifesaver for people who are struggling with basic needs such as food!!
