Review of the Melton Building Society, Savings:

Very poor service and savings interest rate.

Tried to change my email address online, but found that it was not possible as i could not access my accoiunt online. Tried to renew my forgotten online password and a email link told me to phone their office which I did only to be told after listening to several time wasting recorded messages that someone would ring me back in 5 hours time. Then discovered that the interest rate on my cash ISA is almost nothing when other building societies are paying 3.75%. Time to move to a company with a website that works and pays a competitive interest rate. Reviewed on: 8th June 2023
