My experience with Barclays Mortage have been great, lately, i have had lates payments because i didnt have a good work and i went to their offices to try explain my situation and kindly they offer me an extra time to recover myself i felt so relief to hear it. Easy way to have a investment Account

HSBC is my first bank with an investment account, so i decided to try a self account investment to give it a try but i had not experience at all, i had too many question about it and i cant really remember how much call i did but i was a lot, every call they treated me the most kindly and compresive way and explain everything i asked for. HSBC is not perfect but their costumer support services are superb. So after all these years i will recommend it to anyone who wants to try a great Invesment Product. Reviewed on: 7th September 2016

Best Saving account ever!

I was seeking for a Saving account few years ago and walk by for over 5 banks and really they do not fit for me and my needs but when i meet Barclays i just fell in love with them, they low fees maybe are the lowest on the market, no minimum for balance for the primary account. Right now they are my primary bank and have no doubt that i will still with them with the pass of the years. Also they offer a good APR and costumer services is amazing. I estimate a average of 10 mns for a problem solving. Reviewed on: 7th September 2016

My first problem with them was when i was checking my fees for the use of my Credit Card online and see a right amount but a couple days later i received the monthly bill by them and see a weird fees for some card operations, immediately call customer support and after some minutes they said it was a delay problems and it should be fixed in a moment. He was right it was fixed almost instantly but friends of mine told me that they had the same issue and they did not notice at all and pay the error amount so you should definitely be aware of your card's bill.
