Never claimed, but customer service dodgy.

I've never needed to claim, so cannot comment on that aspect of their service, but dealing with their customer service regarding medical screening can be very difficult. The adviser I encountered was unclear, gave me inaccurat information, coughed into the phone while speaking to me and left me thinking I had no trust in this organisation to deliver a good service. I'll price up alternative cover. Reviewed on: 14th June 2023
