Payplan have been very helpful from the start and have sorted any issues I have had almost straight away. The team are friendly and listen to your needs. They have an app that actually works where you can send messages to your case manager, you can check payments and keep a track of where you are at which I find very useful! 100% would recommend to anyone, it's definitely the best decision I've made choosing payplan Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
