Rollercoaster of emotions

I’m glad I get this opportunity to express some feedback on my experience, after potentially losing all hope in getting a mortgage and waiting for anyone to pick up my case, a lovely lady name ‘Nina’, emailed to explain that she’d like to take my case and in doing so, dropping other cases, one of the loveliest woman I’ve spoken to in these types of circumstances, nothing was to much trouble and I believe she even worked behind her work day in order get the answer I needed, honestly cannot thank her enough she needs a big bonus! I’d love to know her address so I could send her a big bunch of flowers and nice bottle of wine to say thanks! Over the moon with how I was dealt with and it’s all down to Nina!
