Incredibly underhanded and sneaky way of conducting...

Incredibly underhanded and sneaky way of conducting a business. I set up a credit agreement with PayPal Credit on the condition that they would take payments out of my bank account on a monthly basis. They delibrately didn't stick to this agreement so they could add late payment fees. This goes against our agreement. As a result, I am reporting them to the financial ombudsman. I will not tolerate such borderline illegal tactics. Reviewed on: 27th April 2025

Didn't Answer The Phone

I waited about half-an-hour to get through to renew my home insurance. They didn't answer, so I went with Privilege instead. I am going to move my business and car insurance too. Not impressed. Poor show Tesco, you have just lost a very loyal customer. Reviewed on: 26th June 2023
