Superb Customer Service

I needed a loan to bridge a gap of a few months- essential works on our new home and a new vehicle to help us transport my seriously ill mum-in-law around. Bamboo were quick and easy to deal with, and were not expensive. Customer service was excellent, super straight- forward to deal with, and made the whole experience perfect. Recommended. Super simple and straighforward.

We needed a small secured loan, and the Bamboo loan did what we needed. The process was refreshingly straightforward, and when I wanted to settle the loan, again, there was no problem. One of those rare times a brand does exactly what it says. Reccomended. Reviewed on: 26th June 2023
