They never answer the phone.
They never answer emails.
The app is awful, and it’s so buggy.
Customer service is terrible when they do answer the phone they just cut you off all they are rude to you.

Their customer service is 5 stars and they have really helped me with giving me a loan to manage to finances.
I would definitely recommend to everyone.
