Great customer service and lifesaving loans

I've taken out two loans with Wave, and they accepted me at a time when I was struggling financially. I really appreciated that I could always talk with a staff member directly, and quickly. The process of claiming a loan was easy. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

After several years of mental health difficulties, my earnings decreased and my credit rating was impacted. However I was able to consolidate debts twice with Wave. It was easy, and the staff make direct contact with you throughout the process. Wave was there for me when no other loan provider was and it's meant I have been able to pay off debts and save at the same time. Reviewed on: 30th June 2023
