A decent bank. Telephone service is poor.

I do telephone banking. It’s one cockup after another with Halifax Bank. I have to attend at the branch often to sort out problems, I don’t do online banking. I think their actions are a deliberate ploy to force me to change to IB. Reviewed on: 5th July 2023

Fantastic personal service with purchase. Terrible service with a claim.

I had been with AllClear for years and the service for purchase of Travel Insurance was exemplary on many occasions. The agents were always courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I had to make a claim in December 2022 for a medical emergency on a flight home from Europe. My experience with AllClear claims was shocking, extremely stressful and long drawn out.
