Taken so much pressure off us

Joined step change after being with the FWG debt management plan who were charging £6000 in fees to manage our debts for us where as step change have been even more helpful and don’t charge a penny with the cost of living the way it is has made our financial worries a lot less stressful there friendly staff always on hand to help should you have a problem with your plan and also the availability of the online access is fantastic.
