I am on my second car financed through first respons...

I am on my second car financed through first response and my son is on his first and they have been excellent from start to finish with both us ,infact my son went with them because of my referral. Even helped me out when I had a issue with the first car I bought and the garage . Brilliant customer service which actually listen to you and speak to you as a person not just a credit report. Help when I needed it most

I had found myself struggling with my finances for the first time in my life and having constant calls and messages from creditors and worrying how I was going to cope and what to do. Spoke to step change and they where brilliant , not judgemental and helped me to fill in a income expenditure form and arranged manageable monthly payments to my creditors for me to help me in my unfortunate circumstances.
