Good in a crisis, but ongoing support could be better

I first contacted Stepchange in a debt crisis and they were great at getting everything set up for me. However, despite knowing I have a disability that makes phone calls hard, I have to make changes to my plan over the phone. It can be diffcult to get an answer as they are oversubscried with the cost of living crisis. Overall I think my experience was good. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
