Saved my life...

I was embarrassed and anxious and afraid to make the call. I had dialled a few times and hung up but once I got the courage to do it, I was met with friendly, understanding, supportive, non-judmental advice. That was a year ago and I can confidently say that stepchange gifted me a second chance at life. I feel empowered and in control of my finances which has filtered into all areas of my life. Furthermore, once they took my hand, they have never let go...Stepchange have promptly helped me with creditor follow ups and also send over frequent savings tips and ideas (many of which, I have successfully used).
