Could be better

I am overall pleased with the help I have received with my debts. If an issue arises I am responsible for contacting my creditors which is challenging with anxiety issues so I would rather they offered this service. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Very helpful and supportive

Stepchange have been very supportive of me and my debt problems. I don't feel judged and they deal with the bulk of the communication with my creditors. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
