Step Change saved me!

As I've said before, you stopped me from hitting rock bottom. Step Change saved me from certain bankruptcy and I'm now slowly getting back on my feet. I can budget for the taxman's share, as well as everyone else. Without this help, I would be in dire straits. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Lifesavers!

StepChange helped me see light at the end of the tunnel where previously there had been none. My debts had spiralled through my own stupidity and I couldn't see any clear way forward. The staff at StepChange were non-judgemental and helped me deliver a plan accepted by my creditors. It's going to be five years before my debts are cleared, but I sleep better knowing that I'm not going to get any threatening letters or callers. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Gave me my life back!

I cannot praise Step Change enough for their kind and friendly approach, as well as coming up with a solution to my financial problems. My budget is still a stretch but at least it's not stretched to breaking point. The follow up is also very good and serves to remind me to keep a tight rein on my finances, as well as offering me hope for the future. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
