Save my life

I don’t know where to start! I was referred to step changes by my bank HSBC’s. I was struggling with ´my finance and reach my lowest moment in life. As a nurse people expect you to be financially stable. Unfortunately for me, I had experience bereavement. I didn’t know about step changes. Coming to step change , I thought I was going to judge and told off! I felt embarrassed and struggled to admit that I was struggling. I took the courage to call step change as per my bank advice . Everyone to whom I spoke too were very professional ! They listen to me with caring and compassion ! They took time to look into my finance and where I was falling. I have never had saving but today I have saving. I received coaching over the phone in regards to my finance . They advised me not to borrow again and get rid of my credit cards. All of these were done with caring and good support. I feel now I can breath. I was able to to get breathing space which has help so much. Thank you for your support !
