Excellent service

I reached out to Step Change who showed compassion &patience whilst we went through my debt. They took l the stress out of trying to manage my own debtors. They worked out a plan and are so professional&helpful throughout. If I have to call them the service is excellent. What a relief having such a service in this present climate of financial challenge for many. The fact we are being served by automation throughout so many of our businesses is frustrating for many,it also is very time consuming. Step Change are delivering a person centred approach and then you have the responsibility to manage your plan online,but are welcomed if needing to call and work out any issues.
