Review of the Zopa, Personal loan:

Not good for LOYALTY (only 1st time customers)

I received a good loan when I first use Zopa. I used loan until completion and paid it back in full. When I was looking to get a second much smaller loan at a later date the rate I was given skyrocketed but nothing major changed in my credit file (aside from paying back my original loan in full - no defaults or late payments whatsoever). They don’t seem to take care of their loyal customers - only NEW customers get the best rates!!! Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
