Patient

I have an array of disabilities, and have needed lots of help. Everyone I have spoken to have been extremely patient, calm and lovely with me. They offered extra help as needed, and were always concerned with my safety. Because of my illnesses it took me almost a year to solidify my paperwork,(all down to me), they kept my account open and prompted me often to keep going. Finally its done, and I highly recommend anyone going through debt problems to ring step change and you won't be sorry. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
