HELP FROM PEOPLE WHO CARE

I've been using Stepgchange since February now and they're incredibly Empathetic and easy to deal with. No one makes you feel stupid or silly. They help. Every time something has need to change or updating they're there on the phone talking you through what is needed or explaining a process/procedure. I would highly recommend people to use them when necessary. A massive shout out to all the staff especially those who's been dealing with my case directly. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
