Always had a good experience

I have always had a good experience with the customer service team. Information is available online but on the occasions I have had to call I’ve been very happy with being able to get through on the phone lines and with the help I’ve been given. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

So helpful

I was treated so well, I wasn’t judged. Online was user friendly, the advice given was good and released so much anxiety from my life when it was all set up. I’ve been with them for over a year and had my review which again was easy to do.
