Excellent staff

As you can imagine being in debt is extremely stressing I was at rock bottom I couldn't see a way out as a family we was broken struggling to eat enough to be well as all the money went on debts one of the people I was in debt with suggested stepchange and I immediately rang them every member of staff iv spoken to has been nothing short of amazing they are all supportive empathetic and didn't judge I was offered a dmp I was scared so I went off and thought about it I rang several times with silly questions yet wasn't left thinking I was being stupid or wasting there time in the end I went with there recommendation I now make 1 monthly payment and withing the next 3 years I would be debt free the website is easy to use to update things I have recommended this to friends and family even a stranger in the bank who was begging for a loan to help her my life has completely changed I can eat take the kids on the occasional day out I can't thank stepchange enough Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
