Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

Having recently being bereaved, I was having difficulty in keeping up my payments. I contacted Step Change who advised a debt management programmme. I submitted my income and expenditure account which was approved by Step Change and submitted to my creditors for their approval, which was granted. I have been making regular payments into the DMP and am having* no more sleepless nights. Thank you Step Change. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
