Easy to contact & superb in supporting

It took me a while to take the initial step as was embarrassed and very angry the situation I had got into. Albeit it the pandemic was a factor as lost my job that was highly paid. Secured another job which was half the salary I used to be on. Step change communicated so brilliantly with no prejudice, they were understanding and really quick to help and communicate. It was good to be able to sleep and so grateful for how they have supported me. I have a long way to go to pay the debt off, however it’s at a better amount/pace what I currently was in.
