Could have asked for more

The team at step change were so understanding; reassuring and supportive from start to finish. When I was in a dark place they assured me there was light at the end of the tunnel. They even offered support beyond my financial situation to ensure I was getting all the advice and support pertaining to my circumstances as a whole. I’d like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all at step change for giving me the hope that was so much needed in my moment of distress and desperation .
