Professional Understanding People

I contacted Step Change after getting into Financial difficulties. Their online form was easy to follow and fill in and on the occasions I have had to ring them for advice their staff have always been polite and understanding. I felt a weight lift from my shoulders. Although there is a long road ahead I feel safe that I will have the support I need. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
