After I hit rock bottom in life with mounting debt i got to a point where I was starting to think there was no way out until I spoke to Step Change. Within a matter of days I had a suitable affordable payment plan in place. I felt like a weight had been lifted of my shoulders. The step change team were incredibly helpful and understanding which made the whole process so easy. They went above and beyond going the extra mile to help me every step of the way. I would recommend (and I have) to anyone and everyone who thinks they need debt advice. Reviewed on: 7th July 2023
