Step Change have been an amazing and practical support

I was totally stressed out and at a loss with what to do about my debt. I didn’t think I qualified for help but I was so wrong and wish I’d made the call sooner. The first level of support when I called Step Change was emotional support, they were so caring and took the weight off my shoulders and then continued to support me with the practical steps to resolving my debt overwhelm. Within weeks I had a plan set up, they’ve taken care of everything and I am left feeling in control of my finances, I’m saving a little each month and living within my means. I know exactly when I’ll be debt free and I no longer feel anxious or guilty about my financial situation. An amazing supportive and practical service, they deserve a big THANK YOU.
