Over our time speaking with various StepChange employees over the phone, the help and advice we had received has always been brilliant. Reassuring, informative, friendly. Everything from start to finish sorting out our debt management plan has been straightforward. Their advice web page is easy to use and really helpful. We’ve recommended StepChange to family and friends who are also struggling with debt. At the beginning of this year we were in total panic.
