Step change make it easy to pay off your debts, There is no shame in asking for help, they listen without judgement. And find the best repayment plan for you.You get regular updates to balances and you can see how much you've paid to date.So glad I asked for their help. Reviewed on: 7th May 2026

Peace of mind

They don't judge you, and after going through StepChange I can now breathe a sigh of relief that I'm actually clearing my debts and no longer have to worry about those dreaded letters and demands coming through the letterbox. No more panicking

I'm so glad I went to step change, they contacted my debtors and sorted out the best affordable plan for me. I just make one monthly payment and they do the rest. No more stress, and my debtors and I know I'm doing my best to clear my debts.
